Your ticks and the choices on this page stay in this browser, they are never uploaded, and clearing your site data resets all of them. The site itself uses Google Analytics to count visits.
When your week resets
The checklist empties itself at this reset, and every countdown on the site follows it.
Switching region re-reads which week you are in. Ticks set in a week that the other region counts as already over are dropped, the same as at any reset.

What you track
Switch off what you never do. Hidden entries stop counting towards the totals and the progress bars, so 12 of 12 means the twelve you care about. Where an entry has several steps you can also say how many of them count for you: if you only ever run the Nightmare prey, set Prey hunts to 1 and one kill finishes the row.
